Public offer for consultations and individual training

Provider: Nikolai Przhibysh IE, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Armenia, TIN 20294189, operating under the Inteway brand.

Contacts: nikolai@inteway.pro, Telegram: @nickepr, telephone: +374 44 12-09-78.

Armenian business address: 6 38th Street Aygegortsakan Massif, Kotayk, Dzoraghbyur, 2224, Armenia.

1. Services

The provider offers one-off consultations on topics within the service areas described on the Inteway website, and individual training in personal effectiveness. Consultation topics may include IT use, work organisation, and personal and team effectiveness. The specific request and scope are agreed before delivery.

The Personal Time Management course applies ideas from Getting Things Done (GTD) using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Yandex 360, selected by the customer and agreed in advance.

2. Format and scope

Services are delivered individually, online via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, in Russian or English. A consultation lasts 60 minutes. Several consultations may be agreed when needed.

The course includes ten individual 60-minute lessons, homework and the customer’s practical questions within an agreed programme. The schedule is agreed by both parties. Recordings are not provided. Software licences, subscriptions and technical implementation are excluded unless separately agreed.

3. Prices and payment

Prices:

Consultation, 1 hour — 17,000 AMD (~EUR 40).
Personal effectiveness course (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Yandex 360) — 210,000 AMD (~EUR 500).

Euro equivalents are indicative only. Card payments are charged in AMD; the amount and currency of a bank transfer are specified on the agreed invoice.

Card payment is available to all payers except those in Russia, subject to live payment activation and the payment provider’s acceptance rules. Payment by bank transfer to the Armenian business bank account is also available. Request an invoice using the listed contacts.

A tailored scope and price may be agreed by email or Telegram; this agreement forms part of the contract. Payment is due before service delivery. Changing the amount in a payment link does not itself change the agreed price or scope.

If a standard consultation is paid for before the request is discussed, payment covers one 60-minute consultation. The provider contacts the customer to agree the topic and time. Successful payment after reading and confirming acceptance of these terms constitutes acceptance of the offer. Payments explicitly marked as test payments do not purchase a service.

4. Consultation cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation at least 24 hours before the consultation qualifies for a full refund. The customer may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice; the new time is agreed by both parties.

A missed consultation or late rescheduling request does not entitle the customer to a free additional consultation. The consequences of inability to deliver due to the customer are governed by applicable law. Withdrawal from the contract is considered separately from non-attendance. Where the law requires a refund less actual expenses incurred, that rule applies.

5. Course cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation at least seven calendar days before the first lesson qualifies for a full refund. For later cancellation or withdrawal after training begins, any refund takes account of services delivered, actual expenses incurred and mandatory legal requirements.

No more than 30% of lessons—three out of ten—may be rescheduled. Each change must be agreed at least three calendar days before the lesson. Lessons missed without a timely agreed change are not repeated free of charge. Absence reduces the training the customer actually receives.

6. Technical issues and provider cancellation

The customer is responsible for a working device, internet connection, microphone and required software. A technical issue on the customer’s side allows one additional rescheduling within a paid consultation or the entire course. Report the issue when it occurs. This change is separate from the ordinary rescheduling limit.

Repeated customer-side technical issues do not entitle the customer to a free additional lesson. Payment and refunds are addressed according to the cause of non-delivery and applicable law.

If a lesson is not delivered due to the provider, the customer chooses free rescheduling or a refund for that lesson. If the provider cannot complete the course, undelivered lessons are refunded. For refunds, one lesson is valued at one tenth of the agreed course price: 21,000 AMD at the standard course price. Other statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Learning outcomes and certificate

The course helps the customer learn personal effectiveness principles and apply them within the chosen digital ecosystem. Practical results depend in part on participation and homework.

An Inteway certificate is issued after all lessons are completed and homework is fulfilled. Missed lessons that are not subsequently completed prevent certificate issuance. A lesson completed after agreed rescheduling is not considered missed. The certificate confirms completion of the Inteway course; it is not a state-recognised qualification or a Microsoft, Google or Yandex certificate.

8. Refunds and final provisions

Send cancellation or refund requests to nikolai@inteway.pro, identifying the customer, service and payment reference. Do not send full card numbers or CVV codes. Once the refund amount is agreed, the provider submits the refund instruction to the bank within three business days. Crediting time depends on the bank and payment system.

Services are governed by Armenian law, preserving mandatory customer rights under applicable law. Changes to this offer apply to subsequent orders. Paid services remain subject to the terms accepted at payment unless changes are separately agreed.
